The Cloud RV Park is a small annual, secluded, self-service 10 site gated RV park nestled in the heart of Lincoln National Forest. The RV sites are located throughout the property, each site is designed for year around use and enjoyment and a 1 bedroom cabin for a couple and their fur babies which we rent through Airbnb. Our guest(s) keep their RV's with us all year around. We have a ton of amenities from covered patio with fireplace, indoor/outdoor seating, laundry mat, ice, full 30 Amp hook-ups, koi pond and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Our spots are rented on a year to year basis, our renters leave their trailer and side-by-side and come and go throughout the year. Currently we have (2) nightly, weekly or monthly rv spot for rental which is full 30 amp. hook-up, this spot has access to wifi, laundry room and covered patio. We also have a waitlist if you are interested in leasing with us long term (summer or yearly).

We are located about 30 minutes East of Cloudcroft. Take Hwy 82 East through Cloudcroft to 16 Springs Canyon Road (between mile marker 24 and 25) turn left.  8.8 miles total from turn off to front gate, while going down 16 Springs Canyon Road you will pass fire station and go 1.5 miles and gate is on the left.

Take Hwy 82 West through Mayhill, NM proceed 10 miles until you get to mile marker 25, turn right on 16 Springs Canyon Road across from red storage buildings. 8.8 miles total from turn off to front gate, while going down 16 Springs Canyon Road you will pass the fire station and go 1.5 miles and gate is on the left.

Amenities & Services
Clubhouse
Indoor/outdoor seating at The Cloud Clubhouse area and patio. Includes an outdoor fireplace, community grills, planchas (flat-irons) and tons of firewood to enjoy outdoor gatherings. Inside the clubhouse we have Smart TV's so you can stream movies, TV shows or catch your favorite sporting events. The clubhouse is only reserved for our annual guest.
RV Site Info.
All 10 sites accommodate RV's that range from 26' tongue-pull trailers all the way to 45' toy haulers. We currently have 9 sites that are dedicated to yearly renters these rates depend on site size, please inquire for rate or to be put on a waiting list. Renters will be billed out their monthly electricity usage. Included in the annual rate is water, trash, Wi-Fi and full access to all amenities. All renters will be issued a private gate code to have year-round access to your RV site.

We have 2 RV sites that are dedicated to a nightly, weekly or monthly rental. Included in this site is full hook-up (30 amp., electricity water, trash, Wi-Fi and access to our laundry room. Please hit reservation button to check for availability.
Outdoor Recreation
There are several outdoor activities like hiking, UTV/ATV trail riding, bird watching and wild life. If yo​ur at 16 Springs Canyon Road "The Cloud RV Park" in September, you'll have the great pleasure of listening to all the elk bugling late at night and early in the morning. Music to my ears! There are also tons of deer feeding on the property and on the trails. If you're lucky when you're out trail riding you might run into a herd of wild horses!
